Zingy Green Smoothie

What you need:

    • 2 large apples, peeled and cored
    • 2 kiwis, peeled
    • 1/2 medium cucumber, peeled
    • 6 romaine lettuce leaves
    • Juice of 1 small lemon
    • Dash of ginger
    • Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
    • Fruit juice (pineapple, apple, grape, etc)

Directions:

    1. Blend all in a blender until smooth, using the amount of yogurt to your liking. Using fruit juice to reach desired consistency.
