Buffalo Chicken Chili
What you need:
- 1 lb. chicken breasts
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1/2 large red pepper, diced
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 1/2 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tbsp. cumin
- 1/2 tbsp. paprika
- 1/4 cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (15 oz.) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (15 oz.) can black beans, drained
- 1 (15 oz.) can chili beans in sauce [don't drain!]
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Sour cream, cheese, and sliced jalapenos, for serving
Directions:
- Add all ingredients except sour cream, cheese, and jalapenos to slow cooker.
- Cook on HIGH for 3 hours.
- Shred chicken.
- Serve topped with sour cream, cheese, and jalapenos.
