Fauxtisserie Chicken

What you need:

    • 1 whole chicken
    • Salt-based seasoning

Directions:

    1. Remove giblets and rinse whole chicken. Pat try.
    2. Place 3 balls of aluminum foil in crockpot. (The big secret to it all!)
    3. Set chicken on top of it.
    4. Rub chicken with salt seasoning (Kate added garlic cloves under the skin and fresh herbs) and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
