Mexi Steak Kabobs

What you need:

    • 1 lb. steak tenders
    • 1 zucchini
    • 1 red bell pepper
    • 1 green bell pepper
    • 1 yellow bell pepper
    • 1 vidalia onion
    • 1 package Taco seasoning (or homemade)
    • 1 cup Minute rice

Directions:

    1. Slice up veggies into big enough pieces that you can skewer them. Make sure steak is in bite size pieces.
    2. Skewer your steak and veggies up.
    3. Season with Taco seasoning, using half the packet.
    4. Grill.
    5. Meanwhile, make rice according to package directions. Then stir in remaining taco seasoning.
    6. Serve kabobs with rice on the side.
