Jalapeno Steak
What you need:
- 1 steak, cut into 1-inch slices
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 jalapenos, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 cup cilantro
- 1 medium onion, sliced
Directions:
- Place steak into a crockpot.
- Mix together sugar, sauces, jalepneo, vinegar, garlic, and cilantro. Pour over top of steak.
- Top with sliced onions.
- Cook on low 9 to 10 hours or on high 4 1/2 to 5 hours. We baked ours at 350* for about 45 minutes.
