Jalapeno Steak

What you need:

    • 1 steak, cut into 1-inch slices
    • 1/4 cup brown sugar
    • 1/4 cup soy sauce
    • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 jalapenos, sliced
    • 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    • 4 cloves garlic, sliced
    • 1 cup cilantro
    • 1 medium onion, sliced

Directions:

    1. Place steak into a crockpot.
    2. Mix together sugar, sauces, jalepneo, vinegar, garlic, and cilantro. Pour over top of steak.
    3. Top with sliced onions.
    4. Cook on low 9 to 10 hours or on high 4 1/2 to 5 hours. We baked ours at 350* for about 45 minutes.
