Pumpkin Pie Fudge

What you need:

    • 3 cups sugar
    • 3/4 cup melted butter
    • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
    • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
    • 2 Tbsp corn syrup
    • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    • 12 oz. pkg. white chocolate chips
    • 7 oz. jar of marshmallow creme
    • 1 cup chopped pecans
    • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:

    1. In a saucepan, stir together sugar, butter, milk, pumpkin, syrup, and pumpkin pie spice. Cook over medium high heat until a candy thermometer hits 234*
    2. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips, creme, pecans, and vanilla.
    3. Pour into a pan that has been lined with aluminum foil and coated with nonstick spray.
    4. Cool completely and then cut into squares.
