Pumpkin Pie Fudge
What you need:
- 3 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 2 Tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 12 oz. pkg. white chocolate chips
- 7 oz. jar of marshmallow creme
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions:
- In a saucepan, stir together sugar, butter, milk, pumpkin, syrup, and pumpkin pie spice. Cook over medium high heat until a candy thermometer hits 234*
- Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips, creme, pecans, and vanilla.
- Pour into a pan that has been lined with aluminum foil and coated with nonstick spray.
- Cool completely and then cut into squares.
