Chocolate Cookie Muffins
What you need:
Batter:
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/3 cup cold butter
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 16 oreos, coarsely chopped
Topping:
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 5 oreos, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. cold butter
Glaze:
- 1 cup vanilla chips, melted (I used white chocolate)
Directions:
- For batter: Combine flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl. Cut in butter.
- Beat egg and milk in a separate bowl.
- Add into dry and then fold in Oreos.
- Divide into muffin tins.
- For topping: Combine flour, sugar, and Oreos. Cut in butter.
- Add 1 Tbsp. topping per muffin.
- Bake at 400* for 16 to 18 minutes.
- Melt chips and drizzle on top of slightly cooled muffins.
