Chocolate Cookie Muffins

What you need:

Batter:

    • 1 3/4 cup flour
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
    • 1/3 cup cold butter
    • 1 egg
    • 1 cup milk
    • 16 oreos, coarsely chopped

Topping:

    • 3 Tbsp. flour
    • 3 Tbsp. sugar
    • 5 oreos, finely chopped
    • 2 Tbsp. cold butter

Glaze:

    • 1 cup vanilla chips, melted (I used white chocolate)

Directions:

    1. For batter: Combine flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl. Cut in butter.
    2. Beat egg and milk in a separate bowl.
    3. Add into dry and then fold in Oreos.
    4. Divide into muffin tins.
    5. For topping: Combine flour, sugar, and Oreos. Cut in butter.
    6. Add 1 Tbsp. topping per muffin.
    7. Bake at 400* for 16 to 18 minutes.
    8. Melt chips and drizzle on top of slightly cooled muffins.
