Skinny Chicken Parmesan

What you need:

    • 4 chicken breasts, sliced in half
    • 3/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs
    • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
    • 2 tbsp. butter, melted
    • 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
    • 1 cup marinara
    • Cooking spray

Directions:

    1. Preheat oven to 450. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
    2. Mix together breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and Italian seasonings.
    3. Melt butter in a separate bowl.
    4. Brush chicken with butter and then dip into breadcrumbs. Place on baking sheet and lightly spray with cooking spray.
    5. Bake for 20 minutes.
    6. Then add marinara on top and mozzarella cheese.
    7. Bake for 5 more minutes.
