Skinny Chicken Parmesan
What you need:
- 4 chicken breasts, sliced in half
- 3/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup marinara
- Cooking spray
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 450. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Mix together breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and Italian seasonings.
- Melt butter in a separate bowl.
- Brush chicken with butter and then dip into breadcrumbs. Place on baking sheet and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Then add marinara on top and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 5 more minutes.
