Rosemary-Beer Marinated Steak

What you need:

    • 1/4 cup soy sauce
    • 2 Tbsp. EVOO
    • 3 garlic cloves, minced
    • 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
    • 2 tsp. fresh rosemary
    • 2 ts. worcestershire sauce
    • 2 tsp. pepper
    • 1/2 cup dark beer
    • Sirloin steak

Directions:

    1. Mix soy sauce, EVOO, garlic, mustard, rosemary, worcestershire, pepper, and beer together and place into Ziploc bag.
    2. Marinate steak in Ziploc bag for 24 hours.
    3. Grill.
