Hawaiian Ham Quesadillas

What you need:

    • 8 oz. cream cheese, room temp
    • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
    • 3 green onions, chopped
    • 1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes
    • 1 can pineapple chunks, drained and chopped
    • 1/2 lb. ham, chopped
    • Flour tortillas (we used mini)

Directions:

    1. Spread cream cheese on one tortilla.
    2. Top with mozzarella, some green onions, a sprinkle of red pepper flakes, pineapple, and ham.
    3. Top with a second tortilla and cook in a skillet until both sides are browned and cheese has melted.

*If you use full size tortillas, I suggest doing one tortilla and folding it in half.
