Fried Mozzarella

What you need:

    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan
    • 2 lb. mozzarella
    • 4 eggs
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 4 cups Panko
    • 2 cups flour
    • Vegetable oil for frying

Directions:

    1. Mix together Panko, salt, and Parmesan in a bowl.
    2. Whisk together eggs and milk in a separate bowl.
    3. Place flour in a third bowl.
    4. Drain and dry mozzarella.
    5. Roll mozzarella in flour, then egg mixture, then Panko mixture. Then repeat through the flour, egg, and Panko a second time.
    6. Heat oil to 350* in a pot and fry cheese in batches for 45 seconds each batch.
    7. Serve with marinara.
