French Toast Fingers
What you need:
- 8 slices of Bread
- Jam or Jelly
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 milk
- 2 tsp. sugar
- Dash of vanilla
Directions:
- Mix milk, eggs, sugar and vanilla together.
- Spread jam on 4 pieces of bread and top with the other 4 plain slices.
- Dip in egg mixture and brown on each side in skillet.
- Slice into thirds and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
