French Toast Fingers

What you need:

    • 8 slices of Bread
    • Jam or Jelly
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/4 milk
    • 2 tsp. sugar
    • Dash of vanilla

Directions:

    1. Mix milk, eggs, sugar and vanilla together.
    2. Spread jam on 4 pieces of bread and top with the other 4 plain slices.
    3. Dip in egg mixture and brown on each side in skillet.
    4. Slice into thirds and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
