3-Envelope Pot Roast*
What you need:
- 1 packet brown gravy mix
- 1 packet onion soup mix or Italian dressing mix
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup water
- Vegetables (potatoes, onions and carrots), if desired
- Beef roast
Directions:
- Place roast in slow cooker.
- Pour the 3 packets in and pour water over top.
- Arrange vegetables around the roast, if desired.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
