Pepperoni Grilled Cheese

What you need:

    • Bread
    • Sliced cheese (mozzarella or provolone)
    • Sliced pepperoni
    • Butter

Directions:

    1. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
    2. Butter the outside of the slices of bread.
    3. Layer one side with cheese and pepperoni. Top with another piece of bread
    4. Place in skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides
