Pretzel Ranch Chicken

What you need:

    • 1 lb. chicken tenderloins
    • 1 tbsp. olive oil
    • 1 cup pretzels
    • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix {or homemade}
    • 1 tsp. black pepper
    • 1/2 tsp. paprika
    • 1 egg
    • 2 tbsp. Ranch dressing

Directions:

    1. Place pretzels, ranch seasoning mix, pepper, and paprika in a food processer and run it until you have pretty crumbs. Then place in a shallow dish or plate.
    2. Mix together egg and dressing in a shallow bowl.
    3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
    4. Dredge chicken through egg mixture and then pretzel crumbs.
    5. Fry on each side for 4 to 6 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
