Ground Beef Stroganoff
What you need:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 yellow onion
- 1 tsp. garlic
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- Salt and pepper
- Egg noodles, cooked
Directions:
- Brown ground beef; drain and set aside.
- Melt butter in skillet and cook onions until softened. Add garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
- Add flour and stir until smooth.
- Slowly add beef broth and stir until smooth. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Turn down to medium heat and add sour cream and soup.
- Season with salt and pepper and add beef back in.
- Top cooked egg noodles with sauce.
