Snickerdoodle Pumpkin Bars

What you need:

Snickerdoodle Layer:

    • 3 cups flour
    • 2 tsp. baking powder
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 2 cups brown sugar
    • 1 cup butter
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

Pumpkin Layer:

    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 stick butter
    • 1 cup flour
    • 1 tsp. baking powder
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

Topping:

    • 2 Tbsp. sugar
    • 2 tsp. cinnamon

Drizzle:

    • 1 oz. white chocolate, chopped
    • 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Directions:

    1. For Snickerdoodle Layer: Stir together flour, baking powder, and salt.
    2. Stir together brown sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla.
    3. Mix dry ingredients into wet and then pour into greased 9x13-inch pan. Even with a spatula.
    4. For Pumpkin Layer: Cream together sugar and butter.
    5. Add the rest of the ingredients and pour over snickerdoodle layer and smooth out evenly.
    6. For Topping: Combine sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle on top of pumpkin layer.
    7. Bake at 350* for 33 to 40 minutes. Cool completely.
    8. For Drizzle: Melt chocolate and add pumpkin pie spice. Drizzle over the top and let it cool and harden.
