Double Chocolate Chip Muffins
What you need:
- 4 cups flour
- 2 tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
Directions:
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
- Add eggs, 2 at a time; mix until well combined.
- Add yogurt and stir.
- Make a well in the dry ingredients and add wet ingredients to them.
- Add chocolate chips and stir until it comes together.
- Fill muffin cups and bake for 18 to 20 minutes in a preheated 375* oven.
