Nestle Tollhouse Chocolate Chip Cookies
What you need:
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour (Dry)
- 1 tsp. baking soda (Dry)
- 1 tsp. salt (Dry)
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups (12 oz.) Nestle Toll House semisweet chocolate morsels
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375. Combine dry ingredients.
- Beat together butter, sugars and vanilla until creamy.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Gradually beat in flour mixture.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Drop on ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Tip: Take them out when they are slightly "undercooked" - when they don't look completely done, as they will continue to cook on the cookie sheet before you remove them to a wire rack to cool. You don't want to take them out when they look all the way done.
- Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes. Then remove to wire rack.
