Nestle Tollhouse Chocolate Chip Cookies

What you need:

• 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour (Dry)
• 1 tsp. baking soda (Dry)
• 1 tsp. salt (Dry)
• 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 2 large eggs
• 2 cups (12 oz.) Nestle Toll House semisweet chocolate morsels

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375. Combine dry ingredients.
2. Beat together butter, sugars and vanilla until creamy.
3. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
4. Gradually beat in flour mixture.
5. Stir in the chocolate chips.
6. Drop on ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Tip: Take them out when they are slightly "undercooked" - when they don't look completely done, as they will continue to cook on the cookie sheet before you remove them to a wire rack to cool. You don't want to take them out when they look all the way done.
7. Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes. Then remove to wire rack.
