Pizza Burgers
What you need:
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. Italian sausage
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 8 slices mozzarella or provolone
- Pepperoni
- Marinara
- Parmesan cheese, shredded
- Kaiser rolls
Directions:
- Mix together the meats with the Italian seasoning.
- Form into patties and cook in a skillet, flipping only once. No pressing down and squeezing all the juices out either!
- Top with cheese of your choosing. Then add pepperoni.
- Serve up on grilled Kaiser rolls - topped with marinara and shredded Parmesan.
