Chicken Tortilla Bake*

What you need:

    • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
    • 1 cup chicken broth (about 1/2 a can)
    • 1 (8 oz.) can green chilies (I used a little less)
    • Chicken, cooked and shredded
    • Cheddar cheese
    • Flour tortillas (6-10)

Directions:

    1. Cook chicken and shred it.
    2. I never spray mine with Pam, but you can. In a 9x13x2" pan, place tortillas across the bottom. They can overlap.
    3. Mix chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth and chilies together in a bowl.
    4. Spoon half the chicken mixture onto the tortillas.
    5. Cover with cheese. The repeat all layers: Tortillas, chicken mixture and cheese.
    6. Cover with foil. Bake for 20 minutes, covered, at 350.
    7. Uncover and bake another 5 minutes.
    8. Cut into squares and serve with sour cream or salsa.
