What you need:
For the rolls:
- 2 cups milk
 - 1/2 cup vegetable oil
 - 1/2 cup sugar
 - 1 packet yeast (2 1/4 tsp.)
 - 4 1/2 cups flour
 - 1/2 tsp. baking powder
 - 1/2 tsp. baking soda
 - 1 cup yellow cake mix
 - 1/2 stick butter
 - Cinnamon
 - Brown sugar
 - Sprinkles
 
For the icing:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
 - 1/4 cup yellow cake mix
 - 1 tsp. vanilla
 - 2 tbsp. milk
 
Directions:
- Mix milk, oil, and sugar in large pot. Scald mixture and then let it cool to room temperature.
 - Sprinkle yeast over milk mixture and let it sit for 5 minutes.
 - Stir in 4 cups flour to form a sticky dough. Cover pan and let rise for an hour.
 - After dough has risen, stir in remaining 1/2 cup flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
 - Divide dough in half and roll out into a 18x12-inch rectangle on a floured surface.
 - Melt butter and pour half onto rolled out rectangle. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
 - Then add cake mix and sprinkles.
 - Roll up tightly and slice into rolls. Place in a greased pan. Repeat with other dough.
 - Let rise for 30 minutes. Bake at 350 for 12 to 15 minutes.
 - While the rolls are baking, mix together the icing ingredients.
 - After the rolls are cool, top with icing and more sprinkles.
