Basil Pesto

What you need:

    • 2 cups fresh basil
    • 3 cloves garlic
    • 1/4 cup pine nuts
    • 1/2 cup EVOO
    • 1/2 cup Parmesan
    • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

    1. In a food processor or blender, pulsate basil, garlic, pine nuts, and Parmesan.
    2. Slowly add in oil and pulse until smooth.
    3. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
