Super Crunchy Chicken
What you need:
- 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 1 cup herb-flavored stuffing mix
- 4 chicken breast halves
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Directions:
- Place Italian breadcrumbs on a plate and combine eggs and milk together in shallow bowl.
- Place stuffing into a large ziploc bag and crush.
- Dip chicken through breadcrumbs, then eggs, and then place in ziploc baggie and shake to coat.
- Heat oil over medium heat and cook chicken on each side until golden brown and no longer pink.
