Chocolate Chip Crunch Cookies
What you need:
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 cups crushed cornflakes
- 1 to 2 cups chocolate chips
Directions:
- Beat butter and sugar together.
- Add baking soda, salt, vanilla, and eggs to the butter-sugar mixture.
- Add in flour.
- Stir in cornflakes and chocolate chips.
- Roll into walnut-sized balls and place 12 to a baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Let rest for 2 minutes and then remove to a wire rack.
