Chocolate Chip Crunch Cookies

What you need:

    • 1 cup butter, melted
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 cup brown sugar
    • 2 tsp. baking soda
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 2 tsp. vanilla
    • 2 beaten eggs
    • 2 1/2 cups flour
    • 2 cups crushed cornflakes
    • 1 to 2 cups chocolate chips

Directions:

    1. Beat butter and sugar together.
    2. Add baking soda, salt, vanilla, and eggs to the butter-sugar mixture.
    3. Add in flour.
    4. Stir in cornflakes and chocolate chips.
    5. Roll into walnut-sized balls and place 12 to a baking sheet.
    6. Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes.
    7. Let rest for 2 minutes and then remove to a wire rack.
