Philly Cheesesteak Pizza

What you need:

    • 2 Tbsp. butter, divided
    • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
    • 1/2 onion
    • 1 recipe pizza dough
    • 1 to 2 tsp. corn meal
    • Sirloin steak, cut in strips
    • A1 sauce
    • Provolone cheese

Directions:

    1. Melt 1 Tbsp. butter over medium high heat. Cook green bell and onion for 8 to 10 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
    2. Sprinkle corn meal on pizza pan. Roll out pizza dough and place on pan. Poke holes in dough with fork.
    3. Bake at 450* for 8 to 10 minutes.
    4. Heat remaining tablespoon of butter in pan on medium high heat. Saute steak for 3 to 4 minutes and salt and pepper to taste.
    5. Top cooked pizza crust with A1 sauce. Then top with veggies, steak, and cheese.
    6. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes until cheese has melted and crust is golden.
