Chocolate Donuts
What you need:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- Sprinkles
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400* and prepare a doughnut pan by spraying with nonstick spray.
- Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Stir in milk, eggs, vanilla, and butter. Beat until well mixed.
- Fill each donut slot 3/4 full.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes and let cool slightly before removing.
- Meanwhile, mix together glaze ingredients except sprinkles.
- Dip donuts in glaze and immediately add sprinkles.
