Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon
What you need:
- 4 cups brussels sprouts
- 1/2 cup bacon, diced and cooked
- EVOO
Directions:
- Trim off bases of sprouts and toss with EVOO. Place on a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Roast at 450* for 20 minutes. Toss halfway through cooking.
- Toss bacon in and roast for 5 to 7 more minutes.
