Philly Cheesesteak Sliders

What you need:

    • 1 beef roast
    • 2 pkg. Italian Dressing seasoning mix
    • 1 beer
    • 6 tbsp. butter
    • 1 large onion
    • 1 green bell pepper
    • 2 tbsp. butter
    • 2 tbsp. flour
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
    • 2 slices pepper jack cheese, broken up into small pieces
    • Hawaiian sweet rolls

Directions:

    1. Place roast in crockpot. Pour seasoning mix packets over beef and then pour the beer all over.
    2. Cook on low for 8 hours.
    3. Shred and keep on low while you prepare the veggies and cheese sauce.
    4. Melt 6 tbsp. butter in skillet. Add onions and cook for 15 to 20 minutes on medium-low heat, stirring occasionally.
    5. Add green bell and cook until tender.
    6. For cheese sauce, create a rue with 2 tbsp. butter and flour. Let cook, while stirring, for 1 to 2 minutes.
    7. Add milk and stir until thickened. Remove from heat.
    8. Add cheeses and stir until they have melted.
    9. To serve: top sliced roll with shredded meat, veggies, and then cheese sauce.
