BBQ Chicken Wraps

What you need:

    • 1 pkg. flour tortillas
    • 1 1/2 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast, sliced into strips
    • 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
    • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
    • 2 green bell peppers, seeded and cut into strips
    • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil

Directions:

    1. Place chicken in the middle of a broiler pan. Brush with 1/2 cup barbecue sauce.
    2. Spread veggies around the chicken and brush with vegetable oil.
    3. Broil for 3 to 4 minutes.
    4. Turn chicken and vegetables and brush with remaining 1/4 cup barbecue sauce.
    5. Broil for 5 to 7 minutes.
    6. Serve warm in tortillas. I like mine with Colby Jack cheese.
