BBQ Chicken Wraps
What you need:
- 1 pkg. flour tortillas
- 1 1/2 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast, sliced into strips
- 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 green bell peppers, seeded and cut into strips
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions:
- Place chicken in the middle of a broiler pan. Brush with 1/2 cup barbecue sauce.
- Spread veggies around the chicken and brush with vegetable oil.
- Broil for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Turn chicken and vegetables and brush with remaining 1/4 cup barbecue sauce.
- Broil for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Serve warm in tortillas. I like mine with Colby Jack cheese.
