Sixteen Minute Beef and Bean Burritos
What you need:
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 onion, diced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cumin, oregano, chili powder, and garlic, to taste
- 1 can enchilada sauce, plus some
- Green chilies
- 1 can refried beans
- Cheddar cheese
- Tortillas
Directions:
- Brown ground beef and onion. Season.
- Add in sauce and green chilies and simmer over low heat.
- Heat refried beans in saucepan and add cheese until it's melted.
- Spread beans on each tortilla, then top with meat mixture.
- Fold in ends and roll up. Drizzle with enchilada sauce and top with cheese.
- Microwave until cheese is melted.
- Top with sour cream, salsa, guacamole, pico de gallo, etc.
