Sixteen Minute Beef and Bean Burritos

What you need:

    • 2 lb. ground beef
    • 1/2 onion, diced
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
    • Cumin, oregano, chili powder, and garlic, to taste
    • 1 can enchilada sauce, plus some
    • Green chilies
    • 1 can refried beans
    • Cheddar cheese
    • Tortillas

Directions:

    1. Brown ground beef and onion. Season.
    2. Add in sauce and green chilies and simmer over low heat.
    3. Heat refried beans in saucepan and add cheese until it's melted.
    4. Spread beans on each tortilla, then top with meat mixture.
    5. Fold in ends and roll up. Drizzle with enchilada sauce and top with cheese.
    6. Microwave until cheese is melted.
    7. Top with sour cream, salsa, guacamole, pico de gallo, etc.
