S'mores Pudding Cookies
What you need:
- 3/4 cup butter, at room temp
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 box (3.4 oz.) vanilla pudding
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 cups flour
- 2/3 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 3 sheets graham crackers, finely crushed
Directions:
- Cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Add pudding mix. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, and graham crackers. Add to butter and sugar mixture.
- Stir in marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Roll into balls and slightly press down.
- Bake at 350* for 8 to 10 minutes. Let rest 2 minutes and then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
