Ranch Crockpot Pork Chops with Parmesan Mashed Potatoes

What you need:

    • 4 to 6 thick cut pork chops
    • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix {homemade, if you like!}
    • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    • 4 to 5 potatoes
    • 5 tbsp. butter
    • 1 cup Parmesan
    • 6 cloves garlic {roasted, optional}
    • 1 1/2 cup milk
    • 1 tbsp. salt
    • 1 tsp. pepper

Directions:

    1. Place pork chops, Ranch, and soup into crockpot and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
    2. Bake your potatoes and mash. I threw my whole baked potatoes into my mixer fitted with the paddle attachment.
    3. Add butter, Parmesan, garlic, milk, and salt and pepper.
    4. Serve with potatoes topped with pork and slathered in the leftover gravy from the crockpot!
