Ranch Crockpot Pork Chops with Parmesan Mashed Potatoes
What you need:
- 4 to 6 thick cut pork chops
- 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix {homemade, if you like!}
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 4 to 5 potatoes
- 5 tbsp. butter
- 1 cup Parmesan
- 6 cloves garlic {roasted, optional}
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Directions:
- Place pork chops, Ranch, and soup into crockpot and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
- Bake your potatoes and mash. I threw my whole baked potatoes into my mixer fitted with the paddle attachment.
- Add butter, Parmesan, garlic, milk, and salt and pepper.
- Serve with potatoes topped with pork and slathered in the leftover gravy from the crockpot!
