Tri Tip Burritos

What you need:

    • 1 tri tip
    • 1 Tbsp. salt
    • 1 Tbsp. pepper
    • 1 Tbsp. garlic
    • Spanish rice
    • Refried beans
    • Salsa
    • Cheddar cheese
    • Cilantro
    • Tortillas
    • Sour cream

Directions:

    1. Combine salt, pepper, and garlic - rub onto tri tip.
    2. Place the tri tip in a slow cooker and cook for 8 to 10 hours on low.
    3. Remove from slow cooker and let rest for 10 minutes prior to shredding.
    4. Build burritos with all the fixings and tri tip.
