Baked Burritos
What you need:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 green bell, diced
- 1 pkt taco seasoning (or homemade)
- 1/2 cup water
- Cheese
- Flour tortillas
Directions:
- Brown ground beef with onions and green bell over medium-high heat.
- Add taco seasoning and water; simmer for 5 minutes or until liquid is mostly absorbed.
- Build your burritos - meat and cheese, roll up, and place seam side down on a baking sheet. Brush or spray with oil.
- Bake at 450* for 8 to 10 minutes.
