Baked Burritos

What you need:

    • 1 lb. ground beef
    • 1 onion, diced
    • 1 green bell, diced
    • 1 pkt taco seasoning (or homemade)
    • 1/2 cup water
    • Cheese
    • Flour tortillas

Directions:

    1. Brown ground beef with onions and green bell over medium-high heat.
    2. Add taco seasoning and water; simmer for 5 minutes or until liquid is mostly absorbed.
    3. Build your burritos - meat and cheese, roll up, and place seam side down on a baking sheet. Brush or spray with oil.
    4. Bake at 450* for 8 to 10 minutes.
