Jalapeno Popper Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
What you need:
- Jalapeno peppers, cut in half and hollowed
- Bread
- Butter
- Cream cheese
- Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Directions:
- Put the peppers, cut side down, on a baking sheet and broil for 8 to 14 minutes or until blackened.
- Let cool a little and then pinch off the skins. They should be relatively easy to remove.
- Butter outside of bread, spread cream cheese on one side of the bread and add cheese and peppers.
- Cook in a skillet until browned on each side.
