Shepherd's Pie
What you need:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. hot pepper
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 15 oz. can corn, drained
- 3 large potatoes
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp. butter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Dash of pepper
- Shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
- Boil potatoes until soft. Mash with milk, butter, 1/4 tsp. salt and dash of pepper.
- Combine ground beef, vinegar and seasonings. Cook in skillet until brown.
- Add onion and cook until onion begins to become translucent. Drain if needed and add to crockpot.
- Spread corn over meat. Spread potatoes over corn. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours. Sprinkle top with cheese a few minutes before serving.
