Mixed Berry Smoothies
What you need:
- 2 cups fresh strawberries
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh raspberries (or if you're lazy 4 cups frozen mixed berries)
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp. honey
Directions:
- Wash the fruit and pat dry (or thaw, drain and pat dry). Hull the strawberries and thinly slice.
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Cover and blend on high until smooth and creamy, around 1 to 2 minutes.
