Oreo Truffles

What you need:

    • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    • 1 pkg. Oreos
    • 1 pkg. melting chocolate

Directions:

    1. Crush a couple Oreos (maybe 5 or 6) for decorating after coating in chocolate, set aside.
    2. Crush remaining Oreos and mix with cream cheese. I ended up using my hands.
    3. Form into balls and place on a parchment or wax paper lined cookie sheet.
    4. Refrigerate for an hour to firm up some.
    5. Melt your chocolate and dip each ball into it, coating completely. Place back on cooking sheet and sprinkle with Oreo crumbs.
    6. Refrigerate until ready to serve!
