Oreo Truffles
What you need:
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 pkg. Oreos
- 1 pkg. melting chocolate
Directions:
- Crush a couple Oreos (maybe 5 or 6) for decorating after coating in chocolate, set aside.
- Crush remaining Oreos and mix with cream cheese. I ended up using my hands.
- Form into balls and place on a parchment or wax paper lined cookie sheet.
- Refrigerate for an hour to firm up some.
- Melt your chocolate and dip each ball into it, coating completely. Place back on cooking sheet and sprinkle with Oreo crumbs.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve!
