Steak Fingers

What you need:

    • 2 lb. cube steak, sliced into 1-inch strips
    • 1 cup flour
    • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
    • 1/2 tsp. pepper
    • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    • 3 whole eggs
    • 1 cup milk
    • Canola oil
    • 2 tbsp. butter

Directions:

    1. Combine flour, seasoned salt, pepper, and cayenne in a shallow dish or plate.
    2. Combine eggs and milk.
    3. Heat an inch or so of canola oil with butter at medium to medium-high heat.
    4. Dredge steak through flour, then egg mixture, then flour again.
    5. Fry until golden brown on each side; drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
