Baked Fried Chicken

What you need:

    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    • 3/4 tsp. pepper
    • 1 cup flour
    • 2 tsp. paprika
    • 4 Tbsp. butter
    • Chicken tenderloins
    • Milk or buttermilk

Directions:

    1. Soak chicken tenderloins in milk for 20 to 30 minutes.
    2. Melt butter in a 9x13-inch pan at 400* - watch closely so you don't burn it!
    3. Place salt, seasoned salt, pepper, flour, and paprika into a plastic baggie.
    4. Let excess milk drip off chicken and then add it into the plastic baggie with the flour mixture.
    5. Place in baking dish and bake for 20 minutes. Then flip and bake for another 20 minutes.
