Cheese Sauce for Nachos and Fries
What you need:
- 8 oz. sharp cheddar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 2 tsp. hot sauce
Directions:
- Toss the cheddar cheese with the cornstarch and add to a medium saucepan.
- Add 1 cup milk and hot sauce.
- Cook on low for about 5 minutes.
- Use excess milk to thin to desired consistency. Serve immediately.
