Blueberry Walnut Baked Oatmeal

What you need:

    • 1/2 cup melted butter
    • 1/2 cup honey
    • 2 beaten eggs
    • 3 cups oats
    • 2 tsp. baking powder
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    • 1 tsp. vanilla
    • 1 1/2 cup milk
    • 3/4 cup blueberries
    • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (omitted due to allergy)

Directions:

    1. Whisk together honey and eggs.
    2. Add a little of the butter and whisk. Then add remaining butter and whisk.
    3. Add oats, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, vanilla, and milk. Stir well.
    4. Fold in blueberries and walnuts.
    5. Pour into a greased 8x8-inch dish and bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes.
