Snickers Cheesecake
What you need:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 4 eggs, at room temp
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 20 mini snickers, chopped
- 1/3 cup peanuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup caramel syrup
*This cheesecake takes a while to bake and cool, so this would be best made the day before you are wanting to have it.
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 and spray your springform pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Stir together graham crackers, melted butter, 3 tbsp. sugar, and salt.
- Press into prepared pan and bake for 7 minutes.
- Combine 1 1/4 cup sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add eggs, one at a time, and then heavy cream and vanilla.
- Pour into crust and bake 45 to 55 minutes
- Then turn off your oven and let it sit for an hour.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely. Then refrigerate for 5 hours.
- Top with Snickers, peanuts, and caramel.
