Roasted Broccoli & Cauliflower

What you need:

    • 4 cups cauliflower florets
    • 4 cups broccoli florets
    • 2 tbsp. olive oil
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1/8 tsp. pepper
    • 2 tbsp. cider vinegar
    • 2 tbsp. honey

Directions:

    1. Combine florets in a large bowl. Toss with oil, salt, and pepper.
    2. Place on an aluminum-foil lined baking sheet.
    3. Roast for 15 minutes at 400*
    4. Combine vinegar and honey in a small bowl.
    5. Remove veggies from oven and drizzle vinegar mixture over veggies.
    6. Roast for 5 more minutes.
