Fruit Nachos

What you need:

    • 1 pkg. flour tortillas
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    • Cooking spray
    • 1 container yogurt, any flavor (we used strawberry)
    • Sliced fresh fruit (nectarines, peaches, banana, and kiwi)
    • Fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, etc.)

Directions:

    1. Mix together sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
    2. Slice tortillas into 8 wedges using a pizza cutter.
    3. Place wedges on baking sheets.
    4. Spray with nonstick cooking spray and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar.
    5. Bake at 375* for 5 to 7 minutes.
    6. Remove chips to cool on a wire rack.
    7. Drizzle with yogurt and top with fruit. Serve immediately.
