Fruit Nachos
What you need:
- 1 pkg. flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- Cooking spray
- 1 container yogurt, any flavor (we used strawberry)
- Sliced fresh fruit (nectarines, peaches, banana, and kiwi)
- Fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, etc.)
Directions:
- Mix together sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Slice tortillas into 8 wedges using a pizza cutter.
- Place wedges on baking sheets.
- Spray with nonstick cooking spray and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar.
- Bake at 375* for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Remove chips to cool on a wire rack.
- Drizzle with yogurt and top with fruit. Serve immediately.
