Jalapeno Popper Steak Quesadilla

What you need:

    • 8 jalapenos, deseeded, cut in strips
    • Steak, cut in strips
    • Dehydrated tomato
    • Cream cheese
    • Chives
    • Dill Weed
    • Cheese of your choice
    • Soft tortillas

Directions:

    1. Cook your jalapeno, steak, and tomato together
    2. To build your quesadilla, spread cream cheese all over one tortilla, sprinkle chives and dill weed on one half of the tortilla, then top with steak mixture and cheese. Fold in half. Repeat.
    3. Coat a frying pan with a thin layer of EVOO or nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium to medium-high heat. Or cook in a nifty George Foreman Grill.
    4. Brown quesadillas on each side and then cut for serving.
