Macaroni & Cheese for Two
What you need:
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 1/4 shredded sharp cheddar cheese (I upped mine to two cups)
- 3/4 cup elbow macaroni, cooked and drained (I made 1 cup so I could have 3 servings)
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- dash of paprika
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, mix together sour cream and milk.
- Stir in cheese, onions and macaroni.
- Pour into a greased baking dish. I used a 9x9-inch pan. Sprinkle on paprika and cover with foil.
- Bake at 325* for 25 minutes.
