Fajita Burgers
What you need:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tbsp. fajita seasoning
- 4 slices pepperjack
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tsp. fajita seasoning
- Hamburger buns
Directions:
- Mix together beef and 1 tbsp. fajita seasoning. Form into 4 patties and grill.
- Meanwhile, melt butter over medium high heat. Add onions and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Add peppers and 2 tsp. fajita seasoning, cook for 10 more minutes.
- Add cheese to burgers after your final flip and cook until cheese melts.
- Serve burgers on buns topped with the veggies.
