Fajita Burgers

What you need:

    • 1 lb. ground beef
    • 1 tbsp. fajita seasoning
    • 4 slices pepperjack
    • 4 tbsp. butter
    • 1 large onion, sliced
    • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
    • 2 tsp. fajita seasoning
    • Hamburger buns

Directions:

    1. Mix together beef and 1 tbsp. fajita seasoning. Form into 4 patties and grill.
    2. Meanwhile, melt butter over medium high heat. Add onions and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
    3. Add peppers and 2 tsp. fajita seasoning, cook for 10 more minutes.
    4. Add cheese to burgers after your final flip and cook until cheese melts.
    5. Serve burgers on buns topped with the veggies.
