Perfect French Fries

What you need:

    • Potatoes
    • Sea salt
    • Pepper
    • Oil

Directions:

    1. Slice potatoes into fries and pat dry.
    2. Heat 2 inches of oil to 350* in a large pot.
    3. Fry in batches for about 4 to 5 minutes. Then let drain on a paper towel.
    4. Increase oil to 400* and fry a second time until the fries are golden brown. Drain on paper towel.
    5. Season with salt and pepper.
