Perfect French Fries
What you need:
- Potatoes
- Sea salt
- Pepper
- Oil
Directions:
- Slice potatoes into fries and pat dry.
- Heat 2 inches of oil to 350* in a large pot.
- Fry in batches for about 4 to 5 minutes. Then let drain on a paper towel.
- Increase oil to 400* and fry a second time until the fries are golden brown. Drain on paper towel.
- Season with salt and pepper.
